The return address label will only show our logistics agent’s name, with absolutely no mention of “HairRegenics”, “Minoxidil”, “Hair Loss”, or “Regrowth Treatment” on the outside of the parcel. - Shipping Destinations & Rates
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within Canada.
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Free for orders over $40 CAD. Otherwise, a flat rate of $9.99 CAD applies.
- Express Shipping (1-3 business days): Available at checkout for a flat rate of $19.99 CAD.
- Processing & Order Tracking
- All orders are processed and transferred to our carrier within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
- Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number from UPS or Canada Post will be automatically generated and sent to your registered email address.
- Delivery Issues
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@hairregenics.com. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue for you within 48 hours.
