Overview
Thank you for shopping at HairRegenics. To maintain strict hygiene and safety standards for our hair regrowth products, we enforce the following return and refund policy across Canada.
- Return Window & Eligibility
- We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the exact same condition that you received it: UNOPENED, UNUSED, with all original seals intact, and in its original retail packaging.
- Due to the sanitary and medical nature of Minoxidil solutions, we CANNOT accept returns or issue refunds for any bottles that have been opened, unsealed, or tampered with.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned unopened package, we will notify you if the refund was approved or rejected. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For Interac e-Transfer orders, we will issue the transfer back to your original email address.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@hairregenics.com with your order number and proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@hairregenics.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a free replacement.
